Before You Order:

• Choose the type of structure that you want.
• View all of the relevant pages on the Buena Vista Sunrooms site about the product.
• It's a good idea to stake out the area where you are planning to put your sunroom. Use the dimensions from the product pages and drive a stake into the ground at each corner of your sunroom. Connect the stakes with string or rope. This will give you a good idea of the actual size, as opposed to trying to visualize what, for instance, a 10’ by 15’ room is like.
• Make a simple floor plan drawing with the dimensions shown on the product pages. This does not need to be to scale.
• Take accurate measurements with a tape measure. (Try to use standard sizes, given on these pages, if possible)
• Note and measure the following information if applicable: overhangs (height above ground and projection), steps, height of attachment wall, height of the floor of your house above the ground level where the sunroom is going; where and how far from the sunroom are electrical, water, heat, gas, etc.; which way is the sunroom facing, N-E-W-S?; Is there any shade from trees?
• Sometimes it is helpful to take a photograph of the area so that we can understand special conditions.
• E-mail or fax this information to us, or have this information available you when you give us a call.

Notes:

1. Shipping is usually via motor freight or UPS, direct to your door.
2. Unless specifically included, the cost of shipping is not included, and is payable to the shipping company at the time of delivery.
3. Installation by a qualified contractor is highly recommended, and is the responsibility of the owner. Installation is also available through Buena Vista Sunrooms.
4. Deposits for special orders, including sunrooms, greenhouses, equipment, parts, etc., are not refundable.
