Standard wall configuration is a solid 24" high fixed panel "kicker" at the bottom of the wall. On top of the kicker sits a 54" high double sliding window with a single layer of clear tempered glass. There is no fixed panel in the window - both window panels slide - either both to the right or both to the left. The windows are easily removable, and the whole window opening is screened. A solid panel transom fills the space above the window and below the roof rafter or solid roof.

The drawing at the right shows a 60" deep curved eave sunroom with a standard 78" front wall height. A limitless number of other sizes and configurations are available to fit your needs exactly.

Pricing

Sunroom and Garden Room walls are priced by the length and height of the walls.

The following prices are to be used in computing the lineal foot price, or wall length price, for the 2" thick wall system with the specified options given. Window module pricing includes: Window Frame, Screens, Window Inserts, Top and Bottom Filler (transom and kicker), Top and Bottom Channel, and Male and Female Side Extrusions.

Calculate the length of the doors and walls separately. For example, a 10' long wall with a 6' door in it will be priced at 6 lineal feet of door, plus 4 lineal feet of wall.

After determining the cost of the walls, go back and add the cost of the roof system to the wall price.
